Welcome to The Beach Kitchen. By accessing this website, making a reservation, purchasing tickets, or attending any event hosted by The Beach Kitchen, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General Information

The Beach Kitchen is a beachfront restaurant and event venue located in Grand Baie, Mauritius.

Reservations may also be handled through third-party platforms including SevenRooms.

2. Reservations
2.1 Table Reservations

Reservations are subject to availability and are only confirmed once accepted by The Beach Kitchen.

We reserve the right to:

modify table allocations;
impose minimum spends on selected dates, tables, events or seating areas;
release unconfirmed reservations;
refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.
2.2 Arrival Time

Tables may be held for a limited grace period only. Late arrivals may result in cancellation or reassignment of the table.

2.3 Group Bookings

For larger groups, deposits, prepayments, pre-orders or minimum spend commitments may be required.

3. Events, Tickets & Minimum Spend
3.1 Event Tickets

Tickets purchased for special events are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by The Beach Kitchen.

3.2 VIP Tables & Minimum Spend

Certain events may include VIP tables or lounge areas subject to:

admission fees;
minimum spend requirements;
bottle service policies;
seating time limits.

Unused minimum spend amounts are non-refundable.

3.3 Programme Changes

Artists, DJs, performers, menus, schedules and entertainment programmes are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed are in Mauritian Rupees (MUR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice.

The Beach Kitchen accepts selected payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards and approved online payment providers.

Additional bank charges or currency conversion fees may apply through your payment provider.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies may vary depending on:

normal dining reservations;
private events;
ticketed experiences;
festive season bookings;
special promotions.

Deposits and prepayments may be partially or fully forfeited in case of late cancellation or no-show.

Specific cancellation conditions communicated at booking time shall prevail.

6. Dress Code & Behaviour

The Beach Kitchen reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any guest for reasons including but not limited to:

inappropriate behaviour;
intoxication;
abusive conduct;
unsafe behaviour;
failure to comply with venue policies or dress requirements.

Management reserves the right of admission at all times.

7. Outside Food & Beverage

Unless expressly authorized by management:

outside food and beverages are prohibited;
corkage fees may apply for approved bottles brought onto the premises.

Specific events may operate under a strict no-BYO policy.

8. Photography & Media

By attending The Beach Kitchen or its events, guests acknowledge that photography and video recordings may occur.

The Beach Kitchen may use such content for:

marketing;
social media;
promotional campaigns;
website content;
press or advertising purposes.

Guests who do not wish to appear in media content should notify management upon arrival.

9. Liability

Guests enter and use the premises at their own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Beach Kitchen shall not be liable for:

personal injury;
loss or theft of belongings;
vehicle damage or theft;
weather-related disruptions;
interruptions caused by technical issues, suppliers, force majeure or circumstances beyond our control.

Beach and waterfront areas may present natural hazards. Guests are expected to exercise caution.

10. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

While every effort is made to accommodate dietary requests, The Beach Kitchen cannot guarantee that dishes are completely free from allergens or cross-contamination.

Guests with allergies or dietary restrictions should inform the team before ordering.

11. Website Use

All content on this website, including logos, photographs, videos, graphics and text, remains the property of The Beach Kitchen unless otherwise stated.

No content may be reproduced, copied or distributed without prior written permission.

Users may not:
